PURPOSE:To compensate measurement errors such as variation of a light quantity by providing a detector having a sensitivity only at the vicinity of an absorption band of a gas and a detector having a sensitivity over a wide band zone in an analyzer for measuring a gas concn. by an infrared rays absorption quantity. CONSTITUTION:An infrared rays is generated by a light source 2 provided in a light soucre chamber 1 and divided by a dividing chamber 3 to a measuring light IM and a reference light IV to irradiate them to a measuring cell 4 and a reference cell 5. A measuring gas is introduced into the cell 4 through a conduit 6, and a gas in which infrared rays is not absorbed is enclosed in the cell 5. The light IM transmitted through the cell 4 is irradiated into a transmission type gas enclosing detector 33 through a sector 14, and an infrared rays intensity of the wavelength at the vicinity of the absorption band of the measuring gas is measured, the variation of light quantity due to a dirt, etc. of the cell 4 is compensated, and the measuring gas concn. is obtained accurately. |
