PURPOSE:To form only the surface of a magnetic stripe part like a mat by forming the surface excluding the magnetic stripe part of a magnetic card of which whole surface is formed like a mat as a mirror surface. CONSTITUTION:An overlay layer 8 and the magnetic stripe part S are formed on the upper surface side of core materials 6a, 6b, an overlay layer 9 is formed on the lower surface side and these layers are heated and pressed from both sides by both coarse side plates 10, 11 to weld a magnetic tape with the overlay layer 8 and the core materials 6a, 6b with the overlay layer 9 mutually. In said process, the whole surfaces of the overlay layers 8, 9 can be worked like a mat in addition to the upper surface of the magnetic stripe part S. Mirror surface plates are superposed to both upper and lower sides of the press-molded card and then headed and pressed again, so that a magnetic card formed like a mat only at the magnetic stripe part can be obtained. |
