PURPOSE:To enable to form an integral production line of a coiled plate and to automate the production line by forming a bending shaft in a double shaft structure, containing a lower die extruding mechanism in a shaft core and a lower die in the other shaft, and forming a base movable in an axial center direction. CONSTITUTION:A bending head is formed in a double structure, and a bending shaft 4 containing a lower die extruding shaft 3 at the end of a lower die extruding cylinder 2 fixed with a cover 1 on the shaft core is supported via bearings 5 to the base. The shaft 4 is mounted on a female tapered sleeve 8 capable of inserting a raised lower die 7 having a reference shaft 6, and a lateral movable base 11 which contains a side pressure cylinder 10 for moving in the bending shaft core direction between two guide bars is further mounted. A recess upper die 14 which contains a slide mechanism 13 is held on the base 11, and an elevational movable base 16 and a bending arm 44 are further provided. |
