PURPOSE:To reduce the size of an inverter by commonly using a DC power source exclusive for the first and second switching elements. CONSTITUTION:When the second switching element 9 is ON, a capacitor 18 of the first base 6' is charged through a diode 19 from a DC power source 13. When the element 9 is OFF, the potential of the capacitor 18 is not discharged due to the stop by the diode 19. In this state, the first signal input terminal 16 receives an ON signal, the first switching element 7 is efficiently turned ON by the charging voltage of the capacitor. Thus, the DC power source of the first switching element is eliminated, thereby reducing the size of a drive circuit of an inverter. |
