PURPOSE:To make easy a production by adding a solvent dissolving a compounded thermosetting resin and a thermoplastic resin together to black lead powder having high elestic modulus and kneading and affiliating and dispersing the black lead and the resin to prepare a deseired sheet shape and heating said sheet. CONSTITUTION:The monomer or the initial condensate of the thermosetting resin to which a curing agent is not added and a thermoplastic resing being decomposed during heating and reacting with a thermosetting resin component to be cured are selected. A solvent dissolving both the resins together is added and kneaded fully, the black lead power having high crystallization property is added thereto, and further kneaded to induce a mechanical and chemical reaction. Cloved fine black lead crystal and a binder resin are strongly affiliated and dispersed and a sheet like composition in which the black lead crystals are oriented in both directions with high degree is obtained. This sheet is passed through a roll to have a specified thickness, cut to form in a desired shape, heated to volatilize the solvent and a plasticizer and completely cured. Thereby, an excellent diaphragm made of a high sound speed material is easily fabricated. |
