A case 1, fixed above a door, receives, on two spindles 11, a bottom yoke 2 fitted with a drive finger 26 receiving the thrust of the door, and working only in one direction. The bottom yoke 2 drives, by means of crank pins 23, a top yoke 3 guided by two slides 33 housed in slideways 14 of the casing. The central centrepunch stud 35 of the top yoke 3 presses the head D of the spray device contained in the case, on passage of the edge of the door. Next, after action, the springs 6 bring back the apparatus into a stand-by position on the stop 5 housed at 17. For operation on closing, the yoke 2 on the spindles 11 is returned and the stop 5 set at 18. The bracket 8 permits the use with a door opening outwards. This device can be used in all cases where a liquid is to be atomised systematically in a room, in order to spray perfume, to deodorize, to render aseptic, to purify or to prevent access, depending on the liquids used. <IMAGE>
