<p>PURPOSE:To leaves are added to the fermentation mash to produce SHOCHU which has combination of good taste characteristic in tea and flavors originating from SHOCHU, thus fitting to likings of a wide range of cosumers, because of its tastefulness and lightness. CONSTITUTION:Tea leaves, preferably green tea or their exudates are added to the fermentation mash, preferably prepared from rice or wheat grains to effect fermentation, thus producing the objective SHOCHU.</p> |
