PURPOSE:To reliably position a pallet with a simple device and thereby enable a unmanned operation to be conducted by providing a pallet locking mechanism, guide device, front part conveying device, preparing part, and rear part conveying device, etc., on said device for conveying along with the pallet, a jig which holds a workpiece. CONSTITUTION:A pallet 1 adapted to hold a workpiece to be next processed during processing in a processing device 46 is forced to wait on a truck 36 while properly positioned by fitting a lock pin 17 in a locking hole. When the processing device 46 side becomes empty, the lock pin 17 is forced to be separated to operate a front part conveying device. Thereby, the pallet 1 is guided by a guide device, conveyed to the processing device side, and is made to properly face to the processing device 46. The pallet 1 holding the workpiece is guided by the guide device by operation of the front part conveying device, conveyed onto the truck 36 for positioning thereof. For pallet conveyance between the truck 35 and the preparation part 50, it is effected by a rear part conveying device. For delivery of the pallet by a delivery device 13 into sleeves 8, 9, it is conducted by positioning the pallet 1 which has been conveyed onto the side of a fixed frame 21. |
