PURPOSE:To reduce concentration of electric field at the top and the bottom outer circumferences of a winding, reduce the dimensions of a tank and increase possible transportation capacity by installing a curvature gradually reducing the width of a metal sheet at the top and the bottom outer circumferences of a high voltage winding wound outside of an iron core and a low voltage winding. CONSTITUTION:The outside of a high voltage winding is wound with a metal sheet 7 wherein the width is gradually reduced and an appropriate curvature is kept at the top and the bottom circumferences. In order to reduce the width of the metal sheet 7, e.g., a laser cutter is installed with a coil winder to cut and wind simultaneously. For example, a cylindrical tank 1 wherein equal distribution of strength can be expected is installed horizontally and a high voltage wire terminal is led from the outer circumference of the high voltage winding to the outside of the tank 1 by a cable head 15 through a plate conductor 19 fixed on the external end of the metal sheet 7 which constitutes th high voltage winding, a connecting adapter 18, a connecting conductor 17 and a spacer 16. |
