发明名称 PRINTING SHIFT INSPECTING METHOD OF THICK FILM MULTI-LAYER PRINTED BOARD
摘要 PURPOSE:To execute a position shift inspection between upper and lower electric conductor layers by forming one of a pair of conductive marks having a concentric and similar shape, in a blank part of a printed board when printing and forming the lower layer electric conductor, forming the other at a prescribed interval when printing and forming the upper layer, and measuring a conductive state between both marks. CONSTITUTION:Concentric circle-shaped conductive marks 3a, 3b are printed and formed on a blank part 2 on an insulating printed board 1. The mark 3a is formed when printing the lower layer electric conductor on the printed board, and the mark 3b is formed at an interval corresponding to a position shift tolerance against the mark 3a, when forming a resistor or the upper layer electric conductor. As for these marks 3a, 3b, an optional shape will do, if only they have a concentric and similar shape. Whether a printing shift exceeds an allowable range or not is discriminated by placing a probe 4 to about on the marks 3a, 3b and measuring an electric conduction between the probes 4.
