PURPOSE:To obtain the stable advance characteristic by freely installing a weight supporting member onto a driving shaft and generating a spring-out suppressing torque due to the frictional force only in case of correspondence with angular acceleration, between a long groove for driving and a pillar-shaped projection for advance. CONSTITUTION:A member 11 is freely installed onto a driving shaft 1 at the position of a center hole 11c on a weight supporting member 11. A force F2 which is generated by the inertia of the elements connected to the rear stage from a weight 12 acts onto a pillar-shaped projection 13a for advance, and a repulsive force R2 acts onto the projection 13a from the driving-shaft 1 side. A new spring-out suppressing torque is generated by the frictional force generated between a long groove 9a for driving and the projection 13a. Said spring- out suppressing torque is generated by the frictional force generated only in case of correspondence with angular acceleration, and a hysteresis which deteriorates the advance characteristic determined in accordance with the angular speed is not generated. |
