PURPOSE:To obtain a device having the capacity of touch detection, that is, coordinate input by providing each comparator converting an output of an oscillator and a resonance circuit into a rectangular wave and an exclusive OR circuit processing logical operation of the output of the comparator. CONSTITUTION:The comparator 5 to convert a sinusoidal wave outputted from the oscillator 1 into the rectangular wave and the exclusive OR circuit 6 operating logically and processing the output of the comparators 5 and 2 are added, and also a ground voltage, for example, is used as the comparison voltage of the comparator 2. Thus, the comparator 2 is provided for the purpose of converting a sinusoidal wave output of the resonance circuit comprising a capacitor C1 and coils L1, L2 into a rectangular wave rather than the comparator function, and functions similarly as the comparator 5. |
