PURPOSE:To accurately perform the separation of frames by a method wherein a stopper is implanted on one of the stopper blocks pivotally provided on the same supporting rotating shaft as the separated arm pivotally supported on the supporting rotating shaft which makes a reciprocatory movement, a groove which is connected to the above is provided on the other stopper block, and the arm is energized by a spring. CONSTITUTION:The stand 2 of the lead frame 1 is installed in between bearings 6, which are shifted by a threaded shaft 4 located between both ends of the stand 2. Then, a plurality of lead frames 1 are piled up on the stand 2 by making even the protruded part 1 provided at the end section, and the piled up condition is maintained by the sliding plate 3 which is connected to the threaded shaft 4. Then, the isolation pawls 12, provided at the point of an isolation arm 10, and the inserting stopper 13 are contacted to the lead frame 1 at the top part of the above magazine 5, the arm 10 is vertically moved using the supporting rotating shaft 11 on the stopper block 14 with a groove 14a on the outer circumference, and the frames 1 are separated one by one using a pair of plate springs provided on the pawls 12. |
