PURPOSE:To reduce the weight of the entirety by forming one electrode of a heater as a common electrode film on a substrate, and forming the other electrode as an individual electrode film on the common electrode film while interposing an insulating film, thereby reducing the pitch of the heaters and printing in high density. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of grooves 2 of both end openings formed at one end with a nozzle 7 are formed in parallel on the inner surface of a plate material 1. On the other hand, A common electrode film 8, an insulating film 9 and a plurality of heaters 4 are formed in a film shape on one surface of a base plate 3. In other words, one electrode of a heater 4 is contacted with a common electrode film 8, and the most remaining portion is laminated on the film 9. Further, individual electrode films 10 which are contacted with the other electrodes of the heaters 4 are formed on the film 9. Thus, the films 10 and the heaters 4 are laminated on the projecting surface of the film 8, thereby reducing the pitches of the heaters 4 and the films 10 to print characters which can be readily head with dots of high density. |
