N-substd azetidin-3-sulphonates-sedatives - and inters for guanidino-azetidines

The new cpds. are of formula:- (where R1 = C4-13 hydrocarbyl; R2 and R3 are H, alkyl or aryl). R1 = cyclohexyl, t-Bu, Ph2CH-, Ph(CH3)CH- or adamantyl, and gp. -CHR2R3 is Me, Et or Bz. The cpds. are prepd. by reacting the corresp. OH-cpd. with a halosulphonic acid.
