PURPOSE:To attain ease of the adjustment of the focus of a lens and an optical axis by performing independently the focus adjustment of a main lens forming an image of an optical picture on a solid-state image pickup element and the adjustment of squareness of the solid-state image pickup element to the optical axis. CONSTITUTION:The main lens 10 forming the image of the optical picture on the solid-state image pickup element is fitted in a cylindrical holder 11, and said cylindrical holder 11 is arranged on the inner circumferential face of a lens barrel section 2 so as to be moved in the direction of the optical axis passing through the lens barrel section 2. A guide slot 12 is formed to the holder 11, the holder 11 is moved in the direction of the optical axis by rotation a retaining pin 13 and the focus position of the main lens 10 is adjusted. Then a main base 5 fitted with the solid-state image pickup element 4 is energized in a direction to be detached from a flange section 16 by a spring 18, the squareness of the solid- state image pickup element 4 to the optical axis is adjusted by adjusting properly a screw 17. |
