PURPOSE:To exceedingly suppress the deformation of a slide pipe in compression by tilting the outside diameter of the slide pipe directly connected to a piston towards the pressurized side on compression and increasing the plate thickness on the pressurized side of the slide pipe. CONSTITUTION:As for a slide pipe 21, the outside-diameter side is inclined by an arbitrary angle alpha deg. further from 90 deg. towards the pressurized side of the slide pipe with respect to the center of a piston 22. The plate thickness on the pressurized side is increased to increase rigidity. By increasing the rigidity of the pressurized part and increasing the rigidity of the slide pipe against gas compression force, deformation can be exceedingly suppressed.
