PURPOSE:To decrease the spurious radiation wave by incorporating an integration circuit in an output buffer circuit. CONSTITUTION:The integration circuit is constituted by a resistor 4 connected between an output terminal of the 1st stage inverter 21 and an input terminal of the 2nd stage inverter 22 and a capacitor 5 between input and output terminals of the 2nd stage inverter 22. After a signal inputted to an input terminal 1 is inverted and amolified by the inverter 21, the result is inverted and amplified further by the inverter 22 and also the leading/trailing time of the signal is decided by the time constant of the integration circuit. Thus, the generation of the spurious radiation wave is eliminated because the switching speed of an output signal is limited. |
