PURPOSE:To obtain a composite type filter with less spurious vibration, excellent attenuating characteristic and also high mass-productivity by providing a slit groove to a ceramics substrate, forming the groove into a chanel shape and providing a split electrode to both end faces of the channel shape. CONSTITUTION:Two sets of filters are formed by providing the slit groove 210 at a right angle to one side from the end of the other side of the piezoelectric ceramic substrate 201, forming the groove into channel shape, arranging two pairs of split electrodes 202-205 having a non-electrode part fully over the width of one end face and arranging common electrodes 206, 207 on the other end face. Moreover, a lead electrode 214 connecting the two electrodes 202, 204 is provided. Furthermore, lead electrodes 211, 211' are formed to the two electrodes 203, 205 having the non-electrode part respectively and external terminal connecing electrodes 208, 208' are formed while being connected to the electrodes 211, 211' respectively. Moreover, lead electrodes 212, 212' and an external terminal connecting electrode 209 are also formed to the electrodes 206, 207 of the other end face. |
