PURPOSE:To reduce magnetic flux in the diameter direction and prevent unfavorable force from being generated in the diameter direction, by separating a plurality of permanent magnet elements for rotor members from one another, magnetically with magnetic separation means. CONSTITUTION:An AC motor has a housing 1 and yokes 2, 3 provided in the housing 1. The hollow section in the housing 1 is provided with stator winding members 4-9. Via non-permeable supporting members 14-16 supported pivotally by a rotary shaft 17, ring magnet plates 11-13 for rotor members are rotatably provided. The respective permanent magnets for the rotor members 11-13 are separated from one another, with magnetic separation means. |
