CONSTITUTION:Hydraulic cylinders 6... for holding each box in a support box 1 are advanced and driven, each seat plate 8... is brought into contact with the inner surface of a stack S by pressure, and the whole device is held into a first stack. A cutter drum 16 and a wire brush 23 are turned (turned on its axis), and the cutter drum 16 and the wire brush 23 are each projected in the radial direction by advancing and driving hydraulic cylinders 13, 20 for projecting the drum 16 and the brush 23, and brought into contact with the inner surface of the stack. When a shaft 2 is turned, the cutter drum 16 and the wire brush 23 are revolved centering around the shaft 2, and the support box 1 is dropped intermittently by a moving mechanism under the state, a deteriorated lining layer on the inner surface of the stack is cut and removed by the cutter drum 16, and the inner surface is finished and cleaned by the wire brush 23. |
