PURPOSE:To reduce the generation of white streak patterns and to manufacture a cold-rolled steel sheet having excellent surface gloss by performing cold rolling after providing a work-hardening treatment of specific depth to the surface of a ferritic stainless-steel sheet whose surface is ground by a grinder. CONSTITUTION:The surface of a ferritic stainless-steel sheet is ground by a grinder. Successively, said ground surface is provided with a work-hardening treatment extending to the >=50mu depth, before cold rolling the steel sheet. In this way, white streak patterns are remarkably improved, and a cold-rolled ferritic stainless-steel sheet having excellent surface gloss is obtained. |
