PURPOSE:To attain a stable oscillating circuit by connecting a resistor in series with a crystal oscillator so as to decrease the Q thereby preventing damage to C-MOSIC and abnormal oscillation. CONSTITUTION:The resistor R0 is connected in series with the crystal oscillator CTAL10 between an input and an output of an inverter gate IC10 of C-MOSIC. As a result, the Q of the XTAL10 is decreased thereby preventing generation of an excessive gate input voltage and damage to the C-MOSIC and also preventing the sub-resonance due to fluctuation of a power supply voltage or the like and an abnormal oscillation due to the 3rd and 5th order ovetone, and a stable crystal oscillation circuit is obtained. |
