PURPOSE:To stabilize the controllability at the starting of the titled turbine by a method wherein a circuit is provided in an intercept valve control system of a reheating cycle steam turbine, and the circuit generates a valve opening angle adjusting step signal at every certain continual interval through which the deviation of speed exceeds the designated condition. CONSTITUTION:In an intercept valve control device of a reheating cycle steam turbine, a load control signal and a valve opening starting designated signal are added to a speed deviation signal from a comparator 30 with an adding machines 35C and 35F, then the speed deviation signal is inputted into a high value selector 40 and a low value selector 41. When the absolute value of the inputted signal is larger than the designated value (alpha), the both selectors pass the signal through, then input the signal into a unit signal generators 43, 44 via timers 42A, 42B. When the inputted signal is continued for the designated time, the timers pass the signal through, a signal DELTAL from a valve opening angle adjusting step value setting device 45 is multiplied by the outputted signal from the unit signal generator with a multiplier 48, then the intercept valve is opened or closed under stepping condition. |
