PURPOSE:To eliminate the waiting time allowing the leader of a conference to make an utterance by storing a subscriber terminal device used by the leader of the conference in a common control circuit and giving priority to a calling request from the said terminal device. CONSTITUTION:The common control circuit 9 stores which is the subscriber terminal device used by th leader of the conference. In this case, let a terminal 2a be the subscriber terminal device. When the conference connection is finished, an incoming trunk 5b of a terminal device 2b detects a call request signal and when the state allows to give transmission right to the terminal device 2b, the common control circuit 9 makes connection to allow terminal devices 2a, 2c to receive the call from the terminal device 2b. When a selection signal receiver 11a detects the call request signal, the common control circuit 9 opens switches 12a, 5b and 14b of a line circuit 3a, an incoming trunk 5b and an incoming trunk 4c, closes switches 13a, 15b and 15c and transmits communication from the terminal device 2a. |
