The feeding out of a possibly powdered material from a sack (70) that is suspended in the air and hanging down occurs through the affect of gravity on the suspended sack so that the sack opening is freed in order to allow the material to be fed out of the sack. This occurs through the use of a cutting device (78) on a sack that is partially surrounded and in the removable frame (72) of a suspension device (2) that is adjusted so that it is positioned against the sack in order to cut the same.
