The invention relates to a method and a device for opening and closing locks, intended especially for motor vehicles by means of two different keys, namely a so-called safety key and a workshop key. The essence of the invention is that, during opening and closing with the safety key, mechanical parts are additionally connected to one another and separated from one another by means of electromagnetic control commands.
