Apparatus for guiding and putting under tension a strip esp. a slide fastener, while it is being stitched to a workpiece, e.g. an article of clothing, comprising a bridge-shaped part designed to be suitably fixed to the sewing machine in the vicinity of the position where stitching takes place, a thin resilient, metal strip for pressing the slide fastener strip, running between this and the bridge piece, against the latter, and a micrometer control for the gradual adjustment of the pressure exerted by the thin metal strip on the strip to be stitched. |
