<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a titled device for executing more satisfactorily a shape control by deriving a shape influence coefficient of a deviation against a set draft position, and controlling a rolling-down force in the next rolling, when executing the shape control by a shape detector and a thickness detector of rolling. CONSTITUTION:Target shapes Ce, Cq, Cn, etc. are generally expressed by a matrix expression ( I ) shown by, Fw, F1 and (fij) (delta, rolling load P, function of plate width b). However, the target shapes Ce, Cq and Cn are subjected to deviation influences alpha1, alpha2 and alpha3 of a rolling reduction set value S against a delivery target plate thickness (h). Accordingly, they can be displayed by a related matrix expression (II). A shape control is executed more satisfactorily by deriving these unknown coefficients alpha1, alpha2 and alpha3 by an equation (III), and using it for the next set calculating expression (II).</p> |
