PURPOSE:To provide the function of a magnetic recording layer to a color separation filter by incorporating a magnetic particle layer having such a particle size and a desity that Mie scattering is caused into a color photosensitive material as an optical filter layer. CONSTITUTION:A magnetic body selected among ferromagnetic iron oxides such as gamma-Fe2O3 and Fe3O4, ferromangnetic chromium dioxide and ferromagnetic alloys of Fe, Co, Ni, etc. is pulverized to prepare fine particles fit for conditions which cause Mie scattering. A magnetic particle layer having such a particle size and a density that a light scattering phenomenon based on the theory of Mie is caused is formed in a color photosensitive material as an optical filter layer using the prepd. magnetic fine particles to obtain the desired color photosensitive material. Satisfactory optical image recording and magnetic recording can be carried out on the same film. |
