PURPOSE:To make it possible to detect the attitude of an electronic camera and the like in three-dimensional movements accurately, by sealing a plurality of electrodes and a conductive liquid in a conductive case, and selectively conducting a part between the electrodes and the case in correspondence with the attitude of the case. CONSTITUTION:Four electrodes 12a, 12b, 12c and 12d are arranged in a conductive case 11, and about 1/4 of a conductive liquid is filled in the case. A direc- tion detecting circuit 15 is composed of a power source terminal 17, to which a voltage +V is applied, load resistors 18a-18d between terminals 16a-16d and the terminal 17, signal output terminals 19a-19d, and the like. When an electronic camera is set in the lateral direction, only the electrode 12a is short-circuited with the case 11 by the liquid 14, voltage drop is generated in the resistors 18, only the terminal 19a becomes a zero level, the other terminals are kept at +V intactly, and the lateral direction is detected. The other inclinations are also detected by the same way. Therefore, the attitude of the electronic camera and the like in the three-dimensional movements can be accurately detected. |
