PURPOSE:To make it possible to perform stationary washing by steam very easily, by providing a bypass, which communicates the input side and the output side of a measuring chamber, and providing valve mechanisms, which are remotely operated, and a connecting port of a washing liquid. CONSTITUTION:A bypass 92, which communicates the input side and the output side of a measuring chamber 4, is provided in a housing 1. Remotely operated valves V1, V2 and V3 are attached to said bypass 92. A steam path 131 is connected. When steam washing is performed, the valve V1 is closed, the valves V2 and V3 are opened, and the steam is fed. Then a rotor 3 is not rotated. Then, the valve V1 is opened, and the measuring chamber 4 is filled with the steam. Therefore the pressures on the right and left sides are balanced. Then, the valve V3 is slowly squeezed, and the steam washing is performed with the rotor 3 being rotated. Therefore the rotor 3 is not rotated too rapidly, and the steam washing, which has been difficult up to now, can be performed very easily. |
