PURPOSE:To set easily the reproducing start position of many disks by writing and identifying data of a digital audio disk in case the reproducing is halted, and disk position information in the dead position of an RAM, and also lighting a corresponding indicator. CONSTITUTION:When a pause button 22c of an operating panel 10 is operated in the course of reproducing, the reproducing operation is stopped, and a identifying number of a digital audio disk and a reproducing halt address are written in dead positions 32-1-32-10 of the RAM32 of a controlling circuit 14. The result is displayed by lighting indicators 26-1-26-10 of the panel 10 corresponding to the dead positions 32-1-32-10. When the button 22c is operated when waiting for reproducing by re-inserting a disk into a player, a reproducing mechanism 16 is controlled through the circuit 14 based on the contents of the RAM32, a reproducing restart address position is set automatically to a reproducing halt address position of its disk, and the reproducing start of many disks is set in a simple and easy way. |
