PURPOSE:To detect defects in real time by picking up light, which is transmitted through a copper color and resist color cutting filter and a resist color cutting filter which are arranged on an optical path, with television cameras to detect whether a copper face exposure part of a soldered part exists or not. CONSTITUTION:Detection video signals outputted from the first and the second ITV cameras 5 and 10 through the first and the second filters 4 and 9 are binarized with certain threshold levels respectively. The image where the copper color and the resist color are cut is obtained as the output signal of the first comparator 7, and the image where the resist color is cut is obtained as the output signal of the second comparator 12. As the result, only a part 2b corresponding to a copper face exposure part 2a looks white in the output signal of a differential amplifier 13. The output signal of the differential amplifier 13 is detected to discriminate whether the copper face exposure part 2a exists or not. |
