摘要 PURPOSE:To prevent the degradation of an electrode due to a dehydrated liquid to improve highly reliability by providing a pair of electrodes, which is not brought into contact with waste water and face each other, in a drain pipe and detecting the completion of dehydration with the change of the electrostatic capacity between both electrodes due to the presence or absence of the waste water. CONSTITUTION:A motor 2 supported by a spring 4, a dehydrating tank 5 which is connected to the motor 2 by a shaft 3 and is rotated at a high speed, a water receiving tank 6 which gathers the dehydrated liquid, a drain pipe 11, and a drain pipe 7 are provided in a machine frame 1. A CR oscillating circuit unit 8 which is a part of the device detecting the completion of the dehydration is attached to the outside wall of the water receiving tank 6, and the lead wire 9 of the signal electrode and the lead wire 10 of the earth electrode are led out from the CR oscillating unit 8 and are connected to individual electrodes provided in the drain pipe 11. The drain pipe 11 has a double pipe structure consisting of concentric tubes 11a and 11b, and a signal electrode 9b is buried in the inside tube 11b, and an earth electrode 10a is provided on the outside wall of the outside tube 11a, and both tubes 11a and 11b are connected partially for the purpose of leading out the lead wire 9 of the signal electrode.
