PURPOSE:To obtain a rubber molded piece vulcanizing mold excellent in releasability of projections, capable of resisting a long time of use and convenient for maintenance and control by inserting a fine ceramic exhaust plug in which at least one specified vent hole is perforated in the axial direction into the opening of an exhaust hole of the mold inside the mold. CONSTITUTION:A mold 10 is provided with many exhaust vents 11 that are perforated between the internal and external surface. The exhaust plug 20 is inserted into the opening part 12 of the enlarged part of the exhaust vent 11 inside the mold on the same level as the internal surface of the mold. The exhaust plug 20 is a column molded from ceramics and provided with an axially perforated vent hole 21. The arc part 23 expanded from the straight part 22 toward the opening end is provided on the opening end of this vent hole 21 inside the mold. The hole diameter A of the straight line part 22 is 0.2-1mm.. Therefore, on account of the characteristics of fine ceramics the projections are prevented from being cut off when the molded piece is released from the mold and even when the mold is cleaned, the periphery of the vent hole is not damaged and the vent is scarcely jammed or blocked. |
