PURPOSE:To obtain a deciding device very effective for an error by setting two threshold values in deciding a controlling code and holding preceding result of decision when bit error ratio of input is high. CONSTITUTION:A controlling code of desired bit number and clock pulse for reading this code are given to a gate 1. In timing in which the clock pulse is inputted, if the controlling code is ''1'', the clock pulse is counted by a counter 2. When the controlling codes are read specified number of times A, the result C of couting of the counter 2 is given to a comparator 3 of threshold value H and a comparator 4 of threshold value L (L<H). When deciding pulse is given, a deciding device 5 outputs ''1'' if C>=H and outputs 0 if C>=L. Former value is held if L>=C>=H. |
