PURPOSE:To mount stably all optical systems, and to facilitate carrying of the set and to project a good TV picture at all times by making a screen part that projects a picture on the upper part of the set collapsible. CONSTITUTION:A base stand having a rigid body 11 and two side boards 12, 13 is provided in a projection type TV receiver. A top board 9 is fixed in the upper part and a projection block 5 is fixed on the base stand. The first mirror 6 is fixed between the two side boards 12, 13, and a mirror cover 1 is supported on the rear upper end of the side boards 12, 13 to allow free opening and closing. The second mirror 10 is fixed to the mirror cover 1, and a screen 3 is supported between the side boards 12, 13 and mirror cover 1 to allow free opening and closing to constitute a optical system unit. The screen section 3 that projects a picture on the upper part of the body 2 of the receiving set is made collapsible. All optical systems are mounted stably to the base body to facilitate carrying, and good TV pictures are projected at all times. |
