PURPOSE:To enable cutting and succeeding deburring with one robot by combining a grinder with a cutting torch and making the grinder turnable around the shaft in parallel with the shaft of the cutting torch. CONSTITUTION:A cutting torch 2 is fixed to the arm R5 of a robot and a bell crank 4 is attached to the shaft thereof turnably around the torch 2 via a bearing 4a. A grinder 3 provided with a grindstone 3a is attached to the bell crank 4. A gear 5a meshed with a gear 2a attached to the torch 2 is attached to the crank 4 and is driven by a motor 5. Then if the grinder 3 is driven after the torch 2 cuts a work, the burr generated on the cut surface of the work is easily removed and just one time of teaching is required for the robot. |
