The strip of envelopes is for automatic addressing and/or franking and comprises a series of envelopes joined together, each with a front and back part (14,16). Flaps on the front part are folded to form a double outer edge (38) with glue. The back part is secured to the next envelope and the envelope is perforated to allow detachment.
