PURPOSE:To obtain an oscillation multiplier where its operation is stabilized by separating a fundamental wave oscillating section having a dielectric resonator and an output waveguide part provided with an oscillation semiconductor element so as to avoid a high frequency current from being flowed. CONSTITUTION:An oscillating two-terminal semiconductor 14 is arranged in an output waveguide 13 and connected with a dielectric resonator 18 for oscillating the fundamental wave by a microstrip line 16, a cut-off waveguide 12 blocking an output frequency is placed between the both so as to block the high frequency passing through the microstrip line 16 and leaked to the fundamental oscillating section. Thus, the stability of the operation is ensured. |
