The rotating machine has a frame containing a supply device, a cutting installation, a welding drum and a belt gear rotating at the same speed as the welding drum. There is an an outlet drum with doubled belt drive and a receiver band supplied by a flat hose. To permit a degree of slip between the flat hose (35) and the welding drum (7) or the rotating belts (8) in the conveyor devices consisting of the welding drum (7) and the belt gear (8) an air cushion is generated which allows a sliding of the flat hose (35) at pre-determined points. |
