PURPOSE:To decide on a destaticize position accurately by installing a device which destaticizes the no-image part of a photosensitive body with light on the top surface of a developing tank which develops a latent image on the photosensitive body. CONSTITUTION:Destaticizing lamp bodies L1 and L2 fitted onto the cover 3a of the developing tank 3 are provided with two lamps A and B, a slit S which limits the optical paths of their ligh emission, and an adjusting plate T which adjusts the opening area of an exit aperture. The developing tank 3 is arranged at an accurate position for the photosenstive body 1, so a destaticizing light source is positioned accurately. Therefore, the discharging area is determined accurately, and the need for a positioning guide, etc., dedicated to the optical destaticizing device is eliminated and to reduce the number of parts. |
