PURPOSE:To obtain a film which has superior wear resistance, heat resistance, and adhesive strength to a mold by incorporating a fluorine compound in the Ni film on the surface of the mold. CONSTITUTION:When a support for a speaker is manufactured, a composite plating layer 14 incorporating fluororesin and Ni or graphite fluoride and Ni is formed on the surfaces of the mold 15 and 15. Thus, the composite plating film consisting of Ni and fluorine having superior wear resistance, heat resistance, and adhesive strength to the mold is formed on the molding surfaces of the mold. Thus the improvement of the adhesive strength and wear resistance of Ni plating is utilized in addition to the self-lubricity of the fluororesin to plate the mold while providing the superior heat resistance. Consequently, an edge and a damper having complicate shapes are molded and processed easily. |
