PURPOSE:To prevent an earth terminal from breaking during the assembling operation, by fitting protrusions provided on the bore of a case into grooves provided on a core so as to fix the core on the coil body and by pressing the earth terminal bent to inside of the bore of the cylindrical section of the case onto the core. CONSTITUTION:A concave section 1a is provided on each end of a core 1, and a cylindrical section 2b into which the core 1 is inserted is formed integrally on the bore of a case 2. A protrusion 2a is formed integrally on the inner side of the end of the case 2 and fitted into the concave section 1a. A secondary coil 4 and a primary coil 5 are wound adjacent to each other on a bobbin 3. The wire end 5a to start the winding is soldered on one end 7a of an earth terminal 7 and holes 7b are fitted on protrusions 3a of the bobbin 3 to fix the terminal on the bobbin 3. A protrusion 7c is inserted into a hole formed on a printed-circuit board 6a of a control circuit 6 and then soldered thereon. Another section 7d is exposed from the case 2 and bent to inside of a concave section 2c on the bore of the cylindrical section 2b of the case 2, so that it elastically contacts with the core 1 to be electrically contacted therewith. Thus, assembly can be carried out without causing breakdown of the earth terminal. |
