PURPOSE:To match irradiated and reflected light and to perform efficient working by irradiating laser light to works with a planoconvex lens and irradiating again the reflected light thereof by the annular high reflection film of the planoconvex lens. CONSTITUTION:Laser light 25 from a laser oscillator 20 is made into primarily focused light by a light transmittable part, a planoconvex lens 29 and a glass plate 32 and is irradiated to the weld zone 28 of materials 26, 27 to be worked. A part of the laser light 25 reflected from the materials 26, 27 in this state returns back to the oscillator 20 and is reflected again. The other reflected light 33 enters an annularly formed high reflection film 31, where the light is again re flected. The reflected light is irradiated again as the secondarily focused light to the weld zone. The focused light of the primarily focused light and the secondarily focused light are matched by the condenser lens 29 in this case and therefore efficient working is accomplished. |
