PURPOSE:To copy a long-size original continuously and smoothly by feeding the sheet original by its length and recording the original image when the presence of the sheet original is detected by the sensor at a supply part for the sheet original, and refeeding the original and performing recording when the sensor detected the presence of the sheet original even after the recording. CONSTITUTION:When automatic original feed is selected by an operator, the selection signal 50 is inputted as a signal 53 to a DF controller 101 through a main body controller 100. Further, a signal 49 for copy size and a signal 51 for selected copy magnification are inputted to the main body controller 100. The main body controller 100 decides on a feed timing clock pulse signal 56 for feeding the original on the basis of the copy size and copy magnification. The DF controller 101 operates with the signal 53 and the sensor detects the presence of the original and outputs a original presser solenoid driving signal 60 to turn on a solenoid; and the original is sent with a motor driving signal 62 after an in- photography indication signal 55 is ceased, and this operation is repeated. |
