PURPOSE:To improve the ride feeling by altering the limit of a rate-of-change limiter for limiting the rate of change of the output of a speed setter by the value of the speed of a motor driven vehicle. CONSTITUTION:When the position of a variable resistor 13 is altered to raise the voltage of the noninverting input side of an OP amplifier 1, charge is flowed to a capacitor 8 by a constant-current circuit having a resistor 7 and a transistor 6, while when lowering the voltage, the charge is outputted from the capacitor 8 by the constant-current circuit via a resistor 12 and a transistor 11. A constant-speed controller 14 controls constantly a motor 27 in response to the voltage of the capacitor 8. On the other hand, when the difference between the voltage of the capacitor 8 and the output voltage of a rotating speed detector 15 becomes the prescribed voltage or higher, an OP amplifier 16 drops its output when the rotating speed of the motor is excessively low, the charge of the capacitor 8 is flowed out through the transistor 11, while when the rotating speed is excessively high, the OP amplifier 16 rises its output, and the charge is flowed to the capacitor 8 through the transistor 6. |
