PURPOSE:To contrive to improve the strength, the finished surface and the color variety of a frame by a method in which the frame member formed into a smaller shape than a desired shape is fitted into a mold and synthetis resin is poured into said mold, thereby molding the frame member of grasses. CONSTITUTION:After each member has been arranged on the bottom force 9 and the top force 11 for the first molding, the bottom force 9 and the top force 11 are registered such that a groove 10 coincides with a groove 12 and are clamped. Thereafter, the synthetic resin such as polyurethane, epoxy, polyamide, etc. is poured into the grooves 10, 12 and is impregnated into a reinforcing fiber 8, and then the synthetic resin is cured. The first front frame body 1a having a smaller size than that of a front frame 1 is molded. Then the first frame body 1a is fitted into the groove 18 formed on the bottom force 17 for the second molding. Next, the inner side of a lens fitting part 16 of the first front frame body 1a is connected to the inner wall 18a of the groove 18 and they are positioned by hinge members and pad inserting holes 19-22, whereby the front frame 1 with a desired size may be molded. Thus, even if the fiber resin forced synthetic resin is used for the frame member, the frame with stable strength, excellent finished surface and the variety of color may be obtained. |
