PURPOSE:To prevent the ragged sounds developed by beating against the inner wall of a quartz pipe from developing by a method wherein a heating element is put under tension for a short period of time just after being energized. CONSTITUTION:An electrically operated timer 12 is put into actuation by simultaneously interlocking with the turning-ON of a power switch 13 so as to energize an electromagnet 10 for 20-30sec. When the electromagnet 10 is energized, the electromagnet 10 attracts a plate member 11, resulting in lifting the other end of an arm 8 by engaging with an engaging part 7a and turning about a support 9. Accordingly, the tensing wire 7 of a heating element 14 is put into an upwardly stretched state so as to apply tension to the heat element 14 itself, resulting in realizing a structure so that the heating element 14 is hard to contact with the inner wall of a quartz pipe 14a even when the vibration phenomenon occurs due to the magnetic action occurring at the initial stage of energizing and preventing the regged beating sounds from developing. |
